Olena Rossi has a PhD in Language Testing from Lancaster University, UK. She also has a lot of practical test development experience as a test developer, item writer, item reviewer, and item-writer trainer.

Olena Rossi acts as a consultant for examination agencies and educational institutions on test development, item writing, and test quality assurance. She has facilitated assessment-related workshops in different countries around the world and has taught item-writing courses.
